Chairperson / Founder
Aaron Rose, born and raised in Jerusalem, is deeply rooted in Jewish culture and values, honed from growing up in a vibrant household with eight siblings and attending Yeshiva. Drafted into the IDF at 18, he served as a Negevist in the elite Maglan Unit, learning about respect, loyalty, and responsibility, and remains an active reservist. Post-military, Aaron explored Southeast Asia, gaining insights that shaped his mission to serve others. Moving to the USA after caring for his ill father throughout and before his service and seeking financial independence, he cofounded a medical supply business. Tragically, his father’s death shortly after his move to Hollywood, Florida, led Aaron to form meaningful connections with the local Israeli community, reinforcing his commitment to helping others.
On October 7th, 2023, Aaron, laden with donations, paused his life to join his unit back in Israel. When he finally returned to South Florida he was surprised to learn of many Israeli veterans in the area. Motivated by their shared experiences, he founded the Israeli Veterans Club to offer therapy, financial aid, and a sense of community to these heroes. Known for his sincerity, intelligence, and humility, Aaron, at just 27, inspires immense gratitude among his friends. His unyielding commitment to service and his magnetic personality make him a cherished figure—a true mentsch in every sense.
Words from our founder:
After serving in the Gaza War, I’ve shifted my focus to supporting fellow Israeli veterans in South Florida, turning our shared experiences into a catalyst for healing. I aim to create a refuge where the unseen scars of war are met with empathy, fostering a new brotherhood and sisterhood of recovery. My goal is to transform the echoes of conflict into beacons of hope, demonstrating that those who once bore arms can now pave the way for a future of healing and renewal.

I was of the first to fly back after the horrendous attack on October 7 in order to serve in the IDF reserves. When I got back, I felt alone, and like no one understood me. Aaron, together with the IVC Israel veterans club has created a community that is not just there for support, but looks out for you like family.
One of the essential things in a soldier’s service is when the fighting is over, and you finally get to go home; you need to be able to share and communicate your experience with others who have been through similar experiences. You want to know that you are in a safe and secure environment. You want to see that you got your boys because when it all settles, war comes home with you, and what’s better than to fight that fight with friends and brothers who are fighting the same thing? So, IVC gave me that; it gave me friends, brothers, and a family, and together, we can get through anything. My appreciation for this organization and family is far more than words. I’m blessed to be a part of it and to have you guys by my side.
